    M. Hohner - The Echo Harp This Vintage Harmonica (Echo Harp) is from the 1930's - 1940's. It is one of the rarer harmonicas to find. I did try to find one new and could not. Please, I am not saying that there are not any new, I could not find any. This particular edition had already at that stage received several awards. The Grand Prix Geneve 1927 The Grand Prix Philad 1926 The Grand Prix Paris 1937 The Grand Prix Chicago 1893 These awards are all stamped on the back of the Harmonica. It is manufactured in Germany, is in the keys C & G and is 8" long and 2" wide. It has 60 Metal Reeds each side and emits the most beautiful sound when played. Musically this harmonica is in mint condition. The silver needs a clean as can be seen in the pictures, and the box has seen better days, which can also be seen in the pictures. But then again, who buys it for the box. I reiterate the magnificent sound that emits from this harmonica.            

Vintage Hohner Echo Bell Metal Reeds Double Sided Harmonica - made in Germany - harmonica in excellent working condition - original box has some graffiti at back - each side has a different sound, one side G Key and the other C Key - 5x17cm  

Hohner - 54/64 Double Sided Echo Harp Harmonica Key C/G Hohner's tremolo harmonicas are double reed instruments. The bottom row of holes features the same notes as the top row, tuned slightly higher. This special tuning creates the tremolo's distinct sound, a beautiful vibrato effect with a richer tone. These harmonicas are primarily used in ballads, folk, reggae & gospel music.
