CHAKRA OM BRACELET Om is a mantra and the Sanskrit sound of Hindu origin. It is sacred in various Dharmic religions such as Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism. It is placed at the beginning of most Hindu texts as a sacred chant to be recited at the start and end of a study of the Vedas or before any prayer or mantra. In Hindu it means "absolute reality" and represents the divine energy which is related by three aspects, namely creation, preservation and liberation. Chakras represent the seven main energy centres of the body. Starting at the base of the spine and extending towards the crown of the head, these are spirals of energy like wheels throughout the body. The word chakra comes from the Sanskrit word meaning ‘spinning wheel.’ If the chakras are not balanced, it affects our physical and mental health.
