The Hamlet Country Lodge is situated in Prince Alfred's Hamlet near Ceres. In a small town such as Prince Alfred Hamlet, there is surprisingly lots to do. Just across the road from The Hamlet Country Lodge we have horseback riding through the apple- and pear orchards, while for the younger generation there is also paintball in town and the zip slide in Ceres. The lodge offers accommodation in six en-suite rooms; three of which are queen rooms and the other three are twin rooms. All of the rooms have wall-heaters to take the chill off the ice-cold winters. Our rates include breakfast and in all of our six rooms we offer DStv Hotel Package. There is also a coffee station in each room for that late night cup. In addition, we have a retro bar on site that will take you back to the seventies, but with a modern, classy twist. We serve a sophisticated pub lunch that will have you coming back for more, and we also specialize in home-baked pizzas and mini gourmet burgers, with only the freshest ingredients used in our combinations.
