We are excited to announce that we are now offering adult gymnastics classes in Fish Hoek. The classes are a great way to improve your fitness, strength and flexibility all while having an absolute blast ! Did you know that 10 minutes on a trampoline is equivalent to half an hour of running? Classes are held on a Tuesday at the St Margarets Anglican church and cater to all skill levels!
