I am looking for an apartment to rent with a nice little garden, must be a ground floor unit. Only a 1 bedroom with a full bathroom (bath & shower) would be considered. The following complexes would be ideal for me: Shingara Sands, Sibaya Sands, Riverglades Estate, Inyati Sands or Matumi Sands (preferably in the Magaliessig, Pineslopes or Lonehill complexes). Please let me know if you have a beautiful garden unit available! I can also look at taking over your lease if anyone needs to get out of their current agreement.
