Room 5 - Price R ………….Available 1st October Beaulieu is a beautiful safe place in the countryside but yet in close proximity to Sandton, Midrand and near Kyalami. Bridle trails link the suburb which is encircled by a secure electric fence with dedicated security patrols making it one of the safest and most sought after country estates. The property features a m2 landscaped garden, secured by it’s own electric fence and has parking available. This luxurious en suite apartment is on the first floor of a large executive style home. The bedroom is carpeted and is 4 m by 5 m and has a large built in cupboard. The unit is fully furnished including a TV and a bar fridge as well as tea/coffee making facilities. The view from the Games Patio is spectacular and features a landscaped garden and the Kyalami Golf Course 3rd hole, which has a large lake and fountain. A bridle trail network is at the base of the property. Horses, horse drawn carriages and golfers are often viewed at close proximity………..this is country living at it’s best but close to Sandton and Midrand. The bathroom features a shower wash hand basin and toilet. The kitchen is downstairs and is shared with other guests and features stove hob and oven a further gas hob, fridge, microwave and a full compliment of crockery, ctlery and all cooking utensils. Storage is provided in a pantry for all guests groceries. A covered Patio Games Room includes a Braai, Pool Table, Darts and Ping Pong Table is available for guest use. The unit is serviced once a week and washing and ironing of linen is included. No smoking allowed within the unit but the patio is available for smokers. All linen and towels are provided. Electricity and water is included. A washing machine and lines are available for guest use as is a maid service for laundry at an extra charge.
