My name is Nceba Mtwisha and I’m 34 years old. I. I possess a ND Building. I’m a very versatile candidate who is always keen to learn more. I started in the construction industry from 2006 doing my in service training in a building contractor where I was a leader among other trainees cause of my enthusiasm and willingness. I have worked as a Project Coordinator in an SMME company building low cost houses. In this project I did the measuring’s for materials to be ordered, labour and sub-contractors payments and also the quality control. I also did freelance work as a Site QS in different projects (Schools, Malls, Hospitals) with different companies. In this freelancing I measured from plans to order for materials and also to make scheduling. I have experience in planning and working in a cost effective manner. Currently I work for the Nelson Mandela Metro Municipality (EPWP) as an Intern (Project Manager) and in this position I Coordinated an environmental project which consisted of +- 850 beneficiaries for 6 months to the value of R13 M. This budget also included training for participants which was also successfully done. In these projects you learn to deal with different people from different backgrounds. I also act as a technical advisor to all EPWP projects. I do know that I’m experienced and able to perform the duties of these positions. Your response shall be greatly appreciated and I also don’t mind relocating. Thanks Nceba Mtwisha
