Reposting this advert due to time wasters. This isn't the older Series I wheel with the older packaging so please don't lowball me with the pricing of the Series I. This is a brand new Logitech G27 Series II wheel. I received it as a warranty claim from Logitech because I thought my old G27 broke when it merely just overheated. So this is a spare wheel I don't need. I've had it for little over a year now but first advertised it around 4 months ago. I've only used this wheel once just to check and make sure that everything works as it should. As a result of that, the seal for the box had to be cut. Please bear in mind that this wheel only works on PS2/PS3 and PC. Also there's no warranty with this wheel since it worked off my older wheel's warranty. You don't need to worry as these G27s are quite tough. Off Firstshop.co.za the wheel used to sell for around R3600 incl VAT so I'm pricing it around there but I'm willing to negotiate. The games even more bloody and violent than before as you take on every mythological monster in the book. The lowdown: Given the quick turnaround from the first game this isnt an enormous departure from the original, but thats no bad thing with a series as accomplished as this. Kratos has a new range of moves, combos and magic to unleash but the biggest changes are in the variety of monsters he has to face. The bigger ones can only be beaten with special button presses, which result in some spectacular finishing moves such as the Cylops whose eye Kratos plucks out of its socket or the cannon fodder zombies he slices in two. One of the best sequences though has Kratos leaping off the back of a Pegasus and onto a Gryphon, whose wings he promptly pulls off before falling to the world below. Most exciting moment: Just like the original this game recreates many of the best moments from ancient Greek mythology and movies. One particularly cool sequence involves trying to get a golden fleece that can reflect back the stony gaze of a gorgon. The games even more bloody and violent than before as you take on every mythological monster in the book. The lowdown: Given the quick turnaround from the first game this isnt an enormous departure from the original, but thats no bad thing with a series as accomplished as this. Kratos has a new range of moves, combos and magic to unleash but the biggest changes are in the variety of monsters he has to face. The bigger ones can only be beaten with special button presses, which result in some spectacular finishing moves such as the Cylops whose eye Kratos plucks out of its socket or the cannon fodder zombies he slices in two. One of the best sequences though has Kratos leaping off the back of a Pegasus and onto a Gryphon, whose wings he promptly pulls off before falling to the world below. Most exciting moment: Just like the original this game recreates many of the best moments from ancient Greek mythology and movies. One particularly cool sequence involves trying to get a golden fleece that can reflect back the stony gaze of a gorgon. Since you ask: Many fans were surprised that this sequel wasnt on the PS3 but a next generation version is being planned. Original creator David Jaffe isnt working on either sequel at the moment though, but on an as yet unrevealed PSP project.
