I am a 22 y/o female honours student looking for a considerate and hard-working postgraduate student or young working professional to share my sunny flat on Dorp street. I have no gender preferences. The flat is in the Barlinka complex close to Gino's, Hudson's and De Akker. It is 15 min walk to campus and a 5 min cycle. The flat is fully furnished except for the room to be occupied. It has a shared bathroom with a bath and shower, a kitchen with a stovetop and oven, a livingroom and a very large, sunny balcony facing the vibrant Dorp street. Additionally, the flat has a study with room for two desks and plenty of workspace. The room to be rented has a large window facing the balcony, built-in cupboards and is carpeted. Rent includes water and a cleaning service 1x per week, but excludes electricity, which is pre-paid and the cost of which we will share equally. Basement parking can be rented from other tenants. NOTE: The TV and stand pictured belongs to my previous flatmate and will not be in the flat anymore.
