Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability and product uses. Consult with customers after sales to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support. Providing information to supervisors and/or co-workers by phone, e-mail, or in person. Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time. Representing the company to customers and the public in a professional way.
