Good day, I’m posting this ad on behalf of my parents. They are Elderly, sickly couple looking for a room to rent. They are of sober habits and non smokers. They have a pet bird, but if that is going to be a problem I will take the bird from them as long as they can get a room. My father is currently working, but has to retire the end of this year as he goes for dialysis every second day and just can’t continue working anymore as at his age its just to much. He works as a grounds keeper on the school and lives on the premises, but as soon as he retires he would have to vacate the premises.
