  Cape of Good Hope Government, Cape Town, 1906. Hardcover. Condition: Fair. 1st Edition. Red cloth-boards, gilt to upper panel and spine, endpapers with advertising, maps, 8 pp of advertisements, xlviii + 437 pp of text + a further x pp of advertisements. The covers are stained, bumped and torn, with the staining carried over to the front and lower edges of several early leaves; the binding is loose, with several between-section breaks, but the hinges are still intact. Colour maps present but appears to be missing title page. Text is complete, unmarked and otherwise undiscoloured. "Surveyor Northern De Aar" neatly inscribed in black ink on the upper cover. A mine of useful information and hard to find. NO OVERSEAS SHIPPING
