General Description: The candidate’s primary responsibilities will be to perform expert technical work on integration and development projects, which will include: Primary Responsibilities:· Java and JEE Development · Web Application development· Core Hub Development· Mobile App Development (Android, iOS, Windows Mobile)· Data mapping and development using XML / XSLT · Implementation of business rules using Jboss Rules/Drools· Implementation of business processes using JBPM· Creating custom component for existing external and internal frameworks· Troubleshooting and detailed problem analysis· Developer Support(Application and Database) of developed solutions· Customer Integration (Development, Configuration and Installation)· Data mapping and business rules using XML / XSLT / XPATH· Creating custom services to plug into software API’s· Extending the out of box capabilities of the software· Troubleshooting and detailed problem analysis· Extending skills base to include Java, J2EE Frameworks and JBoss Rules.· Providing professional services to the best of his abilities and acting and behaving in a professional manner in all dealings relating to the Company· Consulting with customers to provide expert advice in their management of integration technology and web or mobile based solutions. · Performing technical work on integration and development projects, which may include:o Providing creative and constructive feedback to other team members to improve products and processes, and to create new products and processes Work Experience:· Three or more years experience in a development role. · Involvement in dynamic team with innovative thinking applied to problem solving. Education Requirements:· Preferred 3 year degree or similar qualification - Computer Science Degree or equivalent Skills Requirements:o Strong knowledge of Core Javao Strong OO design and programming skills in Java / Java EE o Experience on web service integration (REST, JSON, XML) o Knowledge of RDBMSo Familiar with Eclipse and / or Netbeanso Understanding of HTML, JavaScript, jQueryo Experience of development using web technologieso Experience in using Maven / GIT Experience with JBoss ASExperience with messaging services Experience or exposure to the following would also be an advantage:o Mobile App Development (Android, iOS, Windows Mobile)o MQ, ESB and SOA related technologieso Linuxo Knowledge of SQLite o Excellent debugging, optimization and testing skills o Excellent UI design skills Creative design skills
