Digipak has some wear. _______________________________________________________ MINT - New CD has no scratches. NM and EX  - CD has no scratches barely played. EX may have a light fingerprint or mark that can be removed VG+ - CD has some small minor scratches but not affecting play. VG - CD has a bit more scratches than VG+ but also not affecting play.
