I manufacture and sell Double Head Piston Fillers to order. These machines are capable of filling bottles/sachets or tubs. The units can fill from 5ml up to ml. The machines gets manufactured according to customer specification and I offer them standard or with a diving nozzle system or a hopper system. The right system for you all depends on the flow of the product you want to run. These machines start at R + VAT.

Double Head Semi-automatic Gear Filler.This is a very fast machine and runs very well. The filling capacity starts at 60ml and can fill up to a volume of 250L if wanted. This machine comes standard with a diving nozzle system to help with the flow of foamy products. The pump is manufactured from a food grade material and therefore is suitable for food products. The machine works on 220V so it can be used for a start-up business at home but is also fast enough to give a medium to large business a good turnaround time on the bottle filling. This is a second hand machine filling capacity of up to 1L. It is completely air operated and is immediately available. The machine has a diving table system to help with the flow of foam products. The machine is available for R Vat Incl.
