Collins, London, 1941. 1st ed. Undated - probably 1st edition of 1941, in Land, Sea and Air series.  This is a charmingly written book published during World War II that explores Britain's peace-time flying, her sporting conquests, the RAF and the Navy and their aircraft during the contemporary war. Generously illustrated, this book is not often found in its original dust-jacket.   A tidy copy in tight binding; dust jacket worn, with short tears. One large closed tear on front cover.  Used - Good hardback in Good price-clipped dust jacket. Unpaginated.
