The sole emperor of the Xin Dynasty, Wang Mang. Wang Mang(c. 45 BC – 6 October 23 AD), was a wealthy and influential Han Dynasty official who seized the throne from the Liu family and founded the Xin Dynasty (Pronounced Hsin - Literally translating as "New Dynasty").
