This Digital Waterproof Camera that can take 5 megapixel pictures, has a Waterproof IP68 Rating and 8x Digital Zoom is the only way to see and capture the open waters. Named after the species of dolphin that is found in the Amazon basin, this is the “Tucuxi”, a digital camera that has superb waterproof capabilities. The ingress protection rating (Also referred to as IP) is 68, which for this type of camera is needed. The 6 in the code means that this camera is protected against string water jets and waves while the 8 indicates that it is protected against prolonged effects of immersion under pressure. This camera is basically immune to water leaking in and can be taken up to depths of 10 meters, so if you want to get a closer look of the floor of the swimming pool or the sea bed then you can with this camera. With up to 8 times digital zoom you can really focus on the objects that need focusing on to make them clear when they are snapped by the “Tucuxi” camera. This camera cannot just take the heat of being underwater but can also withstand freezing climates as it has a freezeproof rating of down to -10 degrees Celsius, ideal if you are diving in the winter or holidaying in the snow. The “Tucuxi” has many other features included self-timer, face detection and image stabilization so when you do take photos it will help detect individuals and keep it steady or you can set it up if you are by yourself for it to automatically take a photo of you.
