The Bodum Kenya coffee press is a great combination of tradition and modernity. Through this traditional brew method, you will extract the most essential oils of your freshly ground coffee, while leaving the least sediment in your cup (provided your grind setting is correct). Simply add ground coffee, pour in hot (tempered) water, stir, place the lid on without depressing the plunger, wait 4 minutes and then by gently depressing the plunger you stop the brewing process.
