  A selection of 3 large marginal blocks of the 1d hyphenated issues as follows: A bottom right hand corner block of Issue 21 (UHB 45B) of 7 pairs with V2, V3 & an unlisted black dot below "F", as indicated above. The block also includes a red 4-figure sheet number, a control number and a number of thin black doctor's blade flaws. A top right hand corner block of 15 pairs of Issue 26 (UHB 45D) with V8 (as indicated above), a number of unlisted varieties and a red 4-figure sheet number. A top right hand corner block of 15 pairs of Issue 27 (UHB 45D) with V10 (as indicated above), a number of unlisted varieties and a red 4-figure sheet number. An extremely valuable lot for research purposes and can quite possibly also be used  for exhibition purposes. The material is all in MNH-condition. Marbled end papers, with a portrait frontispiece, a plate and several facsimiles of title-pages, a remarkably bright, clean, fresh copy, book block ALL edges are gilt. This is the famous first edition of Buxton Forman, contains the whole of Keats's known works in verse; the footnotes contain a large selection of variorum readings. Sixteen lines of the "The Eve of St. Mark", found by the Editor in a scrap-book lent to him by Frank Sabin, have not been printed in any other edition.
