This hybrid lager is a light and hoppy little Steam bear. It is an ideal beer to ease the novice beer geek into the wonderful world of ales, whilst still being complex enough for the Beer connoisseur to enjoy. The steam beer in-style developed from the traditional Ale recipe, being fermented with Larger yeast in some seriously hot temperatures of sunny California. California Steamin Ale Traditional steam beer Aroma: Earthy notes with a touch of mint, caramel and toasted bread Bitterness: 40/100

Call your friends, chill the beer, boil some potatoes and slice the cheese, it's raclette time! If you love cheese as much as our French and Swiss friends do, the raclette is for you. Share cheese, meat, pickles and vegetables over dinner, as each person toasts and melts his own bite size portions, mixing up as they see fit. Just provide ingredients, and away you go. And is there anything more social than huddling around the raclette? We don't think so. Both the grill and the cheese cooked on it are called raclette (raclette is a Swiss cheese with a strong flavour, that is tempered by heating it). Serve with a selection of pickled onions, cucumbers, boiled baby potatoes and crusty bread, you can even provide sausage, strips of steak or chicken for the carnivores in the party. On the individual grills, people can heat combinations of potato or meat with cheese, and garnish with pickles, while sausages and meat grill on the top grill section. It's fun, it's social, and above all else, it involves melted cheese. What could be better?

A light lager with medium aromas and faint floral undertones, the Sun Gazer is inspired by the giant dragon lizard, so called because it stands with its body elevated at the entrance to its burrow as though seeking the sun. This beer is refreshing and unusual, just like the sungazer lizard. Clear golden colour Small, white head Malt and bread on the nose, with floral notes. Well balanced with light bitterness and light malting and a crisp, refreshing finish

Cloudy straw blond colour Minimal off white head Notes of bread and fruit, with sweetness and a slight hoppy aftertaste

Midnight Porter is a full bodied, creamy, dark beer. The recipe for this Midnight Porter dates back to 1836 and was discovered while digging through some old archives in Edinburgh. Dedicated deciphering was needed to translate this old English recipe into the 21st Century. After recalculating bushels, pecks and kennings into litres, kilograms and grams, this old Porter was brought back to life. Emerging from the darkness, this midnight Porter is always there just when you need an extra guide to your seat. Midnight Porter A unique London brew Aroma: toasted bread and spices Flavour: plum with roasted coffee and hints of chocolate Bitterness: 31/100

Bokashi Bran Bokashi bran is a blend of ingredients which contains effective micro-organisms which are found in foods we already eat like yoghurt, bread, beer, wine or pickles. These microbes are safe for you, your family your animals and the garden. These microbe will ferment your food waste in an anaerobic bokashi bucket and once pickled the food waste will no longer be an attraction to pests. The bokashi bran also acts like a compost activator, so when bokashi'd food waste is added to a compost heap the compost heap will be activated and become hot and the digestion process will speed up. Shipping door to door is expensive, counter to counter is advisable or collect from us on the farm in Beaulieu Midrand Gauteng.
