PROPOSAL / LEGAL OFFICER IN SOUTH AFRICA

Proposal / Legal Officer This position is the link between the client and the creditors. It involves the mediation and negotiation of the client installments and interest rates with both the client and the credit provider and ensures that the restructuring of debt is within the specifications granted by the Debt Counselling industry. Duties Include Data capturing: Accurately capture information on the Debtwise system Uploading documents onto the system and server Drafting proposals using either the DCRS or the payment prorate options Dealing with counter proposals and terminations Communicate professionally with clients and creditors. Legal Drafting and Capturing Qualifications Matric 1-2 years’ experience in the Debt Counselling industry. Computer Literate (internet email and office) Experience using the Debtwise PDA system (advantages)
