Based in Ely, we operate mainly in Cambridgshire but also venture into Suffolk and Norfolk all in the United Kingdom. Role Purpose To lead the team to deliver a multi disciplined project. This includes the overall supervision and performance of the operational project team to ensure that all activities meet the programme, cost, safety and quality objectives of the Project. Key Accountabilities Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget to agreed standards. Ensure risks are identified and mitigation measures are put in place. Effectively manage staff performance on the project by ensuring they have clear roles and responsibilities. Set and monitor targets and standards. Ensure the project budget and costs are managed effectively including reimbursements for variations to the contract. Promote Cultural Based Safety on site. Ensure programme set up and reviewed continually. Management of Sub-contractors β meetings, cost, performance review. Conduct regular reviews of drawings/document control on site, ensuring the correct versions are being used. Design management β attendance at design team meetings Commissioning and final handover Forecasts and reporting Share best practice and promote innovation.
