PC ONLY STARTS UP BUT NOTHING HAPPENS? IN SOUTH AFRICA

If you have a PC or flat screen monitor that only lights up when turned on...chances that you have capacitors problems, I replace capacitors on motherboards and screens @ R70 per capacitor, that includes opening the screen or PC remove the board, replace old capacitor with new and using electricity and soldering iron and soldering wire...if you only want me to verify if it is capacitor problems, which means opening up and removing board its R50...call or SMS and them replaced so you can start using your PC again...im in brickfield overport, same day complete work.
