He is a very rare and sought after by Collectors world wide.... He is the Shiny Darker Colours, Small Dark Red Sticks Variant !!! He has some small paint marks on his drum, slight rub on his tail and very small rub on his nose... very slight.....see photos.  Smurfs have been and continue to be very sought after collectibles.
