OPERATIONS MAINTENANCE MANAGER IN SOUTH AFRICA

Due to the business expansion we require an experienced Operations Maintenance Manager and Supervisor with Plumbing and Electrical experience to start as soon as possible. The position is in Centurion. Responsibilities · Ensure accuracy of work orders prior to handing them out to sites and make sure that time efficiency is taken into account. · Brief team about how daily tasks need to be carried out · Perform quality assurance to ensure that the team’s performance is up to the set standards · Create progress reports on a daily basis and ensure that any significant information is communicated to management. · Ensure all materials, supplies, tools and equipment is available before each site starts. · Make sure work sites are cleaned and cleared of any materials prior to signing off a site. · Continuous training of staff and motivation of staff are part of the job description. · This person will be responsible for all Operations, Quality and Frontline Client Experience. Requirements Must have minimum 3-5 years experience in ALL building and facility maintenance Must have relevant qualifications or trade certificates Must have valid driver’s licenses Must be computer literate, Word, Excel and Outlook Benefits and Remuneration · Salary negotiable depending experience and qualifications: RK Per month. · Company car to and from sites. · Company cell phone for business use only.
