Have fun finding new ways to dress that make you feel good in your new and changing body. Pamper your inner world: As a creative facilitator Hannah will offer a safe, reflective and judgement free -space to explore, process and express your thoughts and feelings in pregnancy through birth art. No art experience is required. Pamper your taste buds: Complimentary tea and cake will be served during the break. You’ll have the chance to chat with other pregnant women whilst your taste buds are having a party!
