The "Fisherman’s Room" is a neat, open-plan studio room with two separate beds which can be joined to make a double (please advise of your preference at the time of booking) and kitchenette equipped with microwave, bar fridge and complimentary tea and coffee making facilities. The en-suite bathroom has separate shower facilities. A colour television with select DSTV channels is provided in-room. The room provides River & Mountain views and a small balcony. A communal braai / bbq and swimming pool are available for guests use. Alternatively, guests are invited to enjoy meals prepared at the on-site Restaurant. The Lodge is situated at the mouth of the mighty Breede River, South Africa’s largest river estuary. The Breede River Mouth is renowned for its exceptional beach and estuary fishing. Fishing trips and excursions can be arranged by the Lodge. Kitesurfing in Witsand is rated one of the top uncrowded destinations in South Africa. The PiliPili Sport Centre located at the lodge offers Kite Surfing gear and support. Stand Up Paddle Boarding is an emerging global sport with Hawaiian heritage. The PiliPili Xtreme Sport Centre offers Stand Up Paddle boarding with full boat support.
