For sale, a share in chalet 12, in the beautiful Kamonande Nature Reserve/game farm, in the Waterberg area, 65km west of Modimolle, and 7km from Vaalwater. The share is part of fractional ownership and can be freely traded on the open market. One owns a percentage of the whole farm and the infrastructure, game, birds etc. The chalet has 9 other shareholders so there is a roster entitling you to a week's visit, every 10 weeks, or 5 times a year. The chalets are fully serviced and chalet 12 comprises 9 other shareholders and includes a Toyota game viewer, store room and fireplace. Internet can be obtainable at the chalet. Activities on the farm include mountain biking, (no thorns or duiveljies!) hiking, game viewing, bird watching, tennis, and swimming. We retired to Cape Town and are no longer able to visit.
