Need more than studio/ showroom space? All our units can also be converted to workshops, offices, storage units and anything in between. We can add electricity, lighting, ceilings, floor finishes, air-conditioning, shopfronts, mezzanines and shelving to your unit, depending on what you need. Leases are all 30 days and renew automatically for 30 day periods at a time. So it’s easy to store and also easy to leave.
