Description This is a replica reproduction of a round shield of the 16th century which is displayed presently at the Real Armeria in Madrid and it dates back to the reign of Philip II of Spain. On the front of the shield is a battle scene, depicting Romans and Carthaginians during the second Punic war. This shield is fabricated in steel with relief figures worked into the material, and makes an excellent wall display piece. They are equipped with chain hangers and brackets for attaching one or two swords to the back of the shield.
