A cottage sleeps four and comprises two bedrooms.The south facing room has a double bed and doors to the patio.The north facing bedroom has two single beds.There is a full modern bathroom with a corner bath.A very small grassed garden at the back of the property. Downstairs comprises the following: A separate laundry with a speed queen and dryer. Bedroom 6 is a double room with en suite shower, toilet and basin. Bedroom 5 is a double room with two single beds and en suite shower, toilet and basin. Bedroom 4 is a double room with double bed and en suite shower, toilet and basin. Bedroom 3 is a honeymoon suite with Jacuzzi bath, shower, toilet and basin. Bedroom 2 is a double room with double bed and en suite shower, toilet and basin. Bedroom 1 has two single beds and en suite shower, toilet and basin. There is a communal lounge, dining room and kitchen on the guests ground floor level as well as a reception area to access the ground floor if the main entrance in locked. At the rear op the property is another leisure area with a lounge/dining area and built in braai for relaxation.A paved drive leads up to the entrance of this area. The garden is established with palm trees, lawn and shrubs and could easily accommodate a swimming pool. Drive through remote controlled gates to an expansive paved area with double garage, additional parking for guests as well as an undercover area for off loading luggage on rainy days.
