LUBEFUSION WATER-BASED DEGREASER - 5L IN SOUTH AFRICA

LubeFusion Water Based Degreaser is a concentrated liquid blend of alkaline materials, surfactants and emulsifiers which will transform greasy/oily deposits into a fine emulsion, easily dispersible in water. This new product is formulated to be safe and effective. Suitable for use on wooden, steel, asphalt and concrete surfaces. Will not corrode steel. Also suitable on non-ferrous metallic surfaces and painted surfaces. LubeFusion Water Based Degreaser is used to clean airport hangars and ramps, industrial plants and aboard ships. LubeFusion Water Based Degreaser can be applied by swabbing, brushing, mopping or high pressure wash. Mix 1 part degreaser to 10 parts water or stronger depending on the surface to be cleaned. Once applied, allow to remain in contact with the surface for approximately 10 minutes then rinse off using a hose or pressure water. Applications: Workshop & display area floors, Heavy duty degreasing of engine rooms, Airport, shipping, rail & bus terminal floors, Shipping container terminals, Cleaning & degreasing of liquid food cargo tanks. ADVANTAGES The resulting emulsion will not settle in drains or grease traps causing blockages. Oil will quickly be demulsified to float for ease of separation in separation pits especially in applications strict on environmentally friendly processes. Highly concentrated and can be diluted down to 1:10 depending on application. Contains no phosphates hence the waste can be disposed of without worry of effluent with high loads of phosphates.
