LOOKING FOR HOUSE/TOWNHOUSE TO RENT FROM 1 FEBRUARY IN SOUTH AFRICA

I am a 32 year old professional female seeking a house to rent for me and my dogs as from 1 February next year. (areas I like: Durbanville, Brackenfell, Langeberg Ridge etc.) I am permanently employed with contactable references for work and current rental reference (where I currently live). My current rental has been sold by the owner and I need to move end January . I am seeking a long term rental i.e., minimum 3 years. I would like to secure my new home as soon as possible. A fair size garden for my dogs is a must, and preferably 2 bedrooms and 1.5 or 2 bathrooms. I also will consider farm houses in less urban or built up areas. Thank you Lauren
