LOOKING FOR A HORSE IN SOUTH AFRICA

Hello everyone, I am looking for a horse for my birthday. Must be 16.2  and taller and must be able to jump. Looking for a type of draft horse or appaloosa (doesn't have to be) and older than 6 and younger than 14. I am searching for a horse that loves attention and being spoilt rotten. Maximum looking to spend is R and can be anywhere in South Africa but I am located in Cape Town. I will only accept e-mails and texts, no calls.
