LOOKING FOR A DUAL SUSPENSION MTB IN SOUTH AFRICA

Size L Hi there My son 12" wants a Dual Suspension MTB. Just getting into the Sport. I don't have much knowledge but will appreciate to buy from someone 2nd Hand that can advise and see the child's needs. I don't want to pay more than 15K or much less ofcourse. But will appreciate a bike that has been taken care. I just cannot afford a new one right now.
