LICENSING ADMINISTRATOR IN SOUTH AFRICA
Responsibilities: 1. License vehicles before expiry. 2. Get license disks to depot before expiry date and ensure fitted to vehicle. 3. Monitor COF’s and inform responsible persons of requirements. 4. Follow up on outstanding COF’s and escalate where necessary. 5. Send monthly COF’s due report at beginning of the month. 6. Report on non-conformance to COF and Licensing SOP to National Fleet Manager. 7. Maintain and manage hard and soft copies of log books, COF’s and licensing documents. 8. Soft copies to kept on public drive, Fleet/Files/license docs. 9. Create cheque requisitions and EFT’s for payment of licenses. 10. Manage and minimize fee penalties and downtime due to late submittal. 11. Liaise with admin driver, co-ordinate trips to licensing office. 12. Manage temporary permits on new vehicles. 13. Manage MP license’s with Nelspruit office. 14. Arrange airfreight of licenses to and from Nelspruit. 15. Sending of new licenses to depots through Dbn Linehaul, send waybill numbers to respective persons. 16. Administer and maintain National license budget document in Fleet folder on public drive. Our preferences for the position would be: - Preferable someone with extensive background in licensing / cof’s - Preferable someone who has worked previously in a fleet environment - Mature person (leaning towards mature thinking / personality and not necessary age) - Deadline driven is a huge must - Attention to detail - Planning & organising - Some one that is quiet and gets on with their work salary R10/R per month Matric and computer literate mail cv, ID, Matric certificate, other certificates to
