Large Antique Gold & Citrine Pendant Brooch   The large antique pendant / brooch is oval with a pierced and decorated front and a detachable back. It is set with a large oval-cut citrine (approximately 28.2mm x 21.3mm x 17.1mm circa 60ct). The pendant / brooch has a safety chain and pin.
