My Insurance finally accepted my claim and issued me with a Space Grey Iphone GB). The Phone was collected brand new from a Vodashop on the . (Receipt included)  I believed there is also a 1 year warranty on the phone (according to the staff member as it is an Iphone where other phones typically have 2 years). The phone is brand new and been touched once by the one staff member to ensure it was in working condition and this is the only reason there is no plastic around the box.
