I'M A JUNIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR WITH 2YEARS EXPERIENCE IN SOUTH AFRICA

I have Matric with 2A's, 3B's and C. I also have National Diploma in Building with 2 years experience with a Professional Quantity Surveying company. I have experience in: Applying for new tenders Taking off Building work Site Inspection and measurements Compiling elemental estimates Sourcing of material prices for estimates Compiling tender documents (Bill if Quantities) Full tender evaluation Office Management and Filing Payment certificates to contractors Remeasurement of building work for Variation Orders Final Accounts Full use of WinQS software Full use of Microsoft Excel and Word I have experience in big projects like the new Sol Plaatjie University in Kimberley and a number of building projects. I have a Learners Licence but will be getting my Drivers licence soon. I am a self starter who is comfortable working alone and with a team. I am comfortable working under strict deadlines and enormous pressure. I have good command of the English language, written and spoken.
