HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER IN SOUTH AFRICA
We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource department. This will include management of the HR resources, policies, procedures and programs. The role will include responsibility for the following functional areas: departmental development, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development and recruitment. GENERAL MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: · B. Degree in Industrial Psychology or Suitable qualification in Human Resources Management · At least 5 years of generalist HR experience · KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: · Workforce planning · Recruiting and staffing logistics including advertising for vacancies, interviewing and shortlisting of candidates · Induction co-ordination and management · Organizational and space planning · Organization development · Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting · Employee orientation, development, and training · Company HR Policy development · Compensation and benefits administration · Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health · Employee services and counselling · Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines · Employment Equity Committee development, Management and Reporting EMPLOYEE RELATIONS: · Disciplinary process management (hearings to CCMA) · Employee grievances procedure co-ordinator · Manage Incapacity Ill-health cases · General HR administration (terminations, IOD, staff communication) · Interact with Trade Unions (where required) Please send your CV to
