The phone looks like new, still has the protective film on the screen etc. It does have a backup battery so that it can be used anywhere without being plugged into the mains but that may need replacing, I left it plugged in for 30mins and the battery didn't seem to have charged up, the phone works perfectly as is though and replacement batteries are available. Comes in the original box with power supply and manual.
