Screen:  Looks good with minor scratches from normal use. It looks like there are some flickering issues - we saw the device come on briefly when the power button is held down, but it doesn't stay on for more than a few seconds.  Frame:  The most significant damage is a crack at the bottom right hand corner of the plastic on the frame.  Back Casing:  Looks good with only minor marks and some more noticeable scratches (see photos).  Functions:  We have not tested this device fully, but it appears to have issues with the software or screen.
