Hi there I have a room in my beautiful home that is available for rent from 1 July 2017. I am a single professional male looking for a house mate with clean, tidy and sober habits. Potential applicant must be full time employed with contactable references. I am looking for a single individual who meets these requirements. The house consists of the following: Fully Furnished Air-con in all rooms Double automated garage (Parking available in the garage) Pantry Kitchen Lounge Dining Room Entertainment area (Braai Room) 3 Bedrooms 2 Bathrooms (1 being your own if application is successful) Consisting of bath and shower) Swimming Pool* (Water Restriction has disabled maintenance on the pool and will be continued once the restrictions has been lifted) Pool/Snooker lounge area Uncapped Internet* (Acceptable use policy applies) 24/7 Armed Response Monitoring and Call CCTV monitoring at all access points Many extra’s not listed The rent will be R4250.00 which includes water, electricity and cleaning services (Common area's). *If you want access to internet the rent will be R4500.00 (UnCapped). Dog allowed however no cats (I have a husky of my own). Kindly note that there is a 1 month deposit (R4250.00) required and upon termination of lease will be refunded 3 workings days once the premises has been vacated and provided all is in order.
