This stamp was issued in Germany in 1902 Mi#82B 25:26 then OVERPRINTED "CHINA" ????? The overprint of "CHINA" should be on REICHPOST NOT ON DEUSTSCHE REICH. Cancel date is 8-2-04 which falls in the date of this issue of the "CHINA" overprints which is 1901 March/April to 1904 March. The "CHINA" overprint is under the cancel.
