A company based in the V&A Waterfront area requires an office based Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate is young and vibrant with some administrative office experience and flexibility in working hours as occasionally it will be required to work outside of normal office hours. The correct person will have the following attributes: Punctual & presentable Well spoken with the ability to communicate very well through both speech & written communications Fluency in both English and Afrikaans is important Proficiency in all of the standard Microsoft Office programs (Word; Excel; Outlook; Powerpoint etc) Flexibility on time with the ability to work after hours when required Own reliable transport is essential The following are the general daily duties required of the successful candidate:
