The SALES ASSOCIATE’s overall responsibility is to provide a Radical Customer Experience! PEOPLE: Demonstrates and embodies Company's 6 Core Values; Creates a Radical Customer Experience using selling skills and programs; Participates and is fully engaged in team meetings and training sessions; Maintains a high level of personal integrity (e.g. adhering to Loss Prevention practices and policies, working published schedule, accurately recording work time) and expects the same of their team. PRODUCT: Knows the placement of Best Sellers and Key Items; Demonstrates product knowledge for all categories and uses selling stories to engage customers; Takes part and demonstrates proficiency in the execution of merchandising tasks (e.g. floor sets and Plan-o-Grams). PLACE: Achieves or exceeds personal sales goals Achieves Store KPI Goals (i.e. Average Dollar Sale, Items Per Customer, Sales Per Hour, Conversion) Takes part and demonstrates proficiency in the execution of operational tasks (e.g. cash and merchandise handling, housekeeping, watch repair) MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
