Arches Orthotics are for both men and women. Our sizes correlate with the size you typically buy when you shop for shoes in the U.S. and they will fit correctly. When you receive the product, we recommend that you remove the insole that comes with your shoe (if applicable) and replace it with the Arches Orthotic for optimal correction and space. With our specialized materials, the orthotic can be trimmed at the toe to fit your shoe if needed. Type 1: If you are confident you are a Pronator or have fallen arches or flat foot you will find the Type 1 orthotic corrective and helpful for performance and alleviating pain. This immediately takes pressure off the ankles and knees, which can ultimately affect alignment in the hip and back.
