We are a young professional couple looking for a female (between the ages of 21 and 30 years) flatmate, that can partake in our existing 12-month contract. This person must be willing to: Be neat and adhere to flat rules and the rules of body corporate (not too much noise and disturbance). Willing to fall into our 12-month contract and pay a deposit of R3,000 once-off. The rent is R3,100 per month (inclusive of water, electricity, fiber wifi, Netflix and Showmax). You would also receive tags and remotes for free. Pay rent on time. Other specifications will be discussed in the viewing. Most furniture already stationed, only bed needed. Storage and garage included, very secure complex.
