This cover is very, very, very rare and is priced accordingly and has a CV in the £10,000+ range.  The 1d stamp (plates 70,71) was rouletted approximately 11½ by Henry Archer.  The cover is addressed to Dublin, Ireland.  It is marked on the back in black Port Arlington Centre AP 2/ over 52.  It is also marked in the back with a single red Irish 2 over AP21 ofer 1852 over A.
